Looking to Register for Camp? Then this step-by-step guide is for you! We will register for camp using an example, starting from Program Registration. Thank you for your patience
with our newly upgraded Community Portal.
1. Select Program Registration:
Before we start, note there are several options to help us filter the right camp. One is location which can be selected by clicking "change".
2. To Select location, please follow these 2 steps:

Here you are able to select the branch of your choice:
3. Select "Camp" under Browse :
If filter option is a preferred method, please note, you must first select camp under the browse option before applying a filter.
Ex. Use filter drop down arrow to select "Summer 2023" as the session and then click apply filter:
4. Select Week of Camp by clicking green arrow or blue options box.
5. Select Camp by clicking Enroll, then click next:
6. Select Contact and Click Save
Please note, eligible family members will allow you to select for enrollment, ineligible will be greyed out.
7. Click cart - Note, your registration is now staged and there's a timer for you to save your space and complete your transaction.
8. Once you have the cart pulled up, Click Next.
9. Please fill out this form. The fields with the red asterisks are required. It may be helpful to have your child’s medical information available. Once all guardians and authorized pickups are added it auto-populates for all future registrations.
Please note that at least 1 authorized pickup is recommended besides Parent / Guardian.
10. Note that if any waivers are needed, they would be required to be signed in this next step. In this case our waivers are already completed. Click “pay now” at the bottom of the page (which you can see in the example above).
11. Click Pay Now (at the top or bottom)
12. Select Payment Method - Done in 2 parts
In the case we have a stored account on file we can use this option. If not available, you can select the other render types and save the account to store it for future purchases
13. FINAL STEPS : Select next to complete payment and send receipt
